The Air Max 1 ‘Sketch To Shelf – White’ puts the schematics that would become the Air Max 1 on the shoe itself. Imitating the look of an early printout diagram of the shoe, the white upper sports black labels throughout. Hatfield’s dated signature marks the right heel, while the words ‘Schematic, Property of Nike, Not for Resale’ bolster the thematic look. Underfoot, similar detailing marks the Air midsole, giving way to a translucent rubber outsole for traction, revealing further detailing. The shoe released alongside a black colorway.
